Clemson last week became the latest offer for QB Brendan Nosovitch of Allentown, PA. The Tigers join USC, Virginia and Temple on his offer list. He has also drawn interest from Penn State, Notre Dame, Rutgers, Northwestern, Pittsburgh, Purdue, Oregon, Boston College, Vanderbilt, North Carolina and Duke.
Nosovitch said Clemson quarterbacks coach Chad Morris contacted him last week with the offer. "He said he saw my film and liked what he saw," Nosovitch said. "He said he wants to work with me."
Morris plans to check in on Nosovitch at some point but the QB said he's not sure when. He's expecting USC recruiter GA Mangus to come by when he starts spring practice later this month.
"Virginia and South Carolina have been showing me the most interest and I really like them a lot," Nosovitch said. 'I'm still pretty open."
Coaches from Vanderbilt, Duke, Oregon, Northwestern and Boston College have been by to check on him.
