Gaffney WR Quinshad Davis has visited USC and Clemson but will be making return trips soon with his mom who was not with him on the earlier trips.
Gaffney coach Dan Jones said he heard recently from the Gamecocks. “USC wants him and his mom to come down,” he said. “They want him to commit because they want two receivers and want to move on. We will get with him and his mom this week and set up the time to visit Clemson and USC.”
Davis had foot surgery earlier this summer and was laid up for about six weeks, so that has kept him from making visits and working out in camps. In fact, he canceled a Georgia camp visit because of the surgery but the Bulldogs want to get him in so they can make a decision on an offer.
Right now, Davis has offers from USC, Clemson, NC State and Wake Forest.
