Well traveled 6-4 shooting guard Kedar Edwards, a New York City native now attending school in Orlando, was offered last week by USC.
According to the New York Post, USC was one of the schools to watch Edwards last week in a camp in Philadelphia. Edwards was very impressive according to the report and picked up offers from the Gamecocks and Manhattan. He's also getting interest from Rutgers, Tulsa and others.
Edwards averaged over 18 points per game as a sophomore at Wingate High School in Brooklyn. He transferred to Coatesville, PA as a junior and spent last season at West Oaks Academy in Orlando. He was reclassified for the 2012 class.
Last season Edwards was named to the Independent All State first team.
