USC opened a two day camp on Thursday with DB Chaz Elder of College Park, GA the top uncommitted prospect in attendance. Friday one of the top prospects who will be on campus is WR Jay Jay McCullough of Nation Ford.
McCullough has been to USC before and has also been to a camp at Clemson. But his coach said there’s more than the Gamecocks and Tigers on his list. “All the schools are still on it,” Michael Allen said. “I don’t think anybody is out front. He’s pretty open but he wants to stay close to home. It’s up to him and his mama.”
McCullough also has offers from Kentucky, Duke, Miami, NC State, East Carolina, Connecticut and Alabama.
Allen said McCullough remains focused on his team and the upcoming season and not so much on recruiting, but he said he could commit before the season.
