WR Isaiah Ford of Jacksonville, FL committed to Louisville about a month ago but is still taking visits. He is in the midst of a road trip that started at USC. From Columbia, he traveled to North Carolina and then to Virginia Tech. Ford is now headed to Ohio State, Louisville, Tennessee, Auburn, Alabama and LSU before returning home.
"I really liked South Carolina's campus...it was really nice," he said. "They have great facilities. The coaches told me they're going to keep recruiting me to see if they can change my mind."
Ford chose Louisville last month citing a his comfort level with the program. "I just felt really comfortable with them and so did my mother," said Ford. "Plus, they're going to let me play football and basketball."
This will be Ford's first visit to the Louisville campus. "We were up there for a tournament last year but this will be the first time I get to see the campus and the facilities," he said.
Ford said his commitment is "pretty firm" but added he will keep his options open.
