DB Dominique Brown of Ocala, FL wants to make a decision in the next three weeks and USC may be his destination.
"I feel like it's going to be South Carolina, to tell you the truth," said Brown. "They've been with me since my freshman year and two other players from Trinity Catholic have gone there before me (WR Dion Lecorn and DB Antonio Allen). One is in the NFL (Allen)."
Brown has offers from USC, Florida International, Middle Tennessee, Central Florida, Akron and Buffalo with interest from Duke and Samford. He will attend camps at Duke, Middle Tennessee and Samford over the next couple of weeks and plans to visit USC as well.
"I have to talk to my coach about it but I want to get up there and take a look," he said. "I'm ready to commit and get it over with before my senior year." Brown did say he has not spoken with USC in some time. "They talk directly with my coach," was his explanation.
He does not have a date set for his USC visit.
