USC's interest in Isaiah Ford appears low

USC does not appear to be pursuing WR Isaiah Ford.

The interest USC had in WR Isaiah Ford of Jacksonville right after his decommitment from Louisville earlier this month appears to be waning.

Gamecock receivers coach and area recruiter Steve Spurrier Jr. contacted Ford and his mother earlier this month but hasn't followed up with strong interest.

Louisville coach Bobby Petrino visited Ford earlier this week and is making a push to get him back. Miami is also coming on strongly and Ford plans to visit there this weekend.

Virginia Tech and Florida also are involved.

Louisville, Miami and Virginia Tech appear to be the three strongest with him right now.
