WR Darius Slayton of Norcross, GA plans to make his college decision known on Thursday around noon when he receives his US Army All American Game jersey at his school. That is, unless he's not able to make his decision by then. But according to Slayton's coach Tim Hardy, as of Tuesday, that is the plan.
"He'll make his decision this week unless something changes," Hardy said. "His plan right now is Thursday morning. If he's made his decision by then I think he'll announce."
USC recruiter GA Mangus visited with Slayton Monday. Auburn's recruiter also was in. Georgia coach Mark Richt and Tennessee's recruiter will be in for visits on Tuesday.
"All four are still in it," Hardy said. "I don't know what he's thinking about about a lot of things a lot of the time. He hasn't really given any indication (as to a favorite).
Hardy said with another playoff game coming this Friday, if Slayton doesn't have a decision Thursday he won't do anything until next week.
