Bianca Cuevas, the country’s No. 44 overall recruit, will make it official Tuesday by signing her national letter-of-intent to attend South Carolina.
Cuevas, a guard from the Bronx who is rated No. 8 at her position, will be the last of four fall signees for Dawn Staley’s program. She will join a heralded class that also features No. 7 national prospect Jatarie White (Charlotte), No. 32 prospect Kaydra Duckett (Columbia) and No. 105 prospect Doniyah Cliney (Newark, N.J.)
The USC’s men’s team received its two letters-of-intent from No. 83 prospect Marcus Stroman (Columbia) and No. 123 prospect TeMarcus Blanton (Luella, Ga.) last week. The men are also done with signings for the fall period.
The November signing period ends on Wednesday. The USC women will look to add at least one more prospect and potentially two in the spring period. Top national recruit A’ja Wilson (Heathwood/Columbia) remains uncommitted and will pick a college after her senior season.
The USC men could add another prospect in the spring, but the recruiting class for next season is considered complete at this time.
