Nichigo, Japan (SportsNetwork.com) - Satoshi Kodaira carded a final-round, 4-under 68 on Sunday and he earned a 2-shot victory at the Fukushima Open.

Kodaira fired his third straight round in the 60s and he finished at 16-under 272 for the week. The win is Kodaira's second on the Japan Tour and his first since winning the Japan Golf Tour Championship Shishido Hills last year.

The 24-year-old started his round off strong at the Grandee Nasushirakawa Golf Club as he poured in a birdie on the par-4 first hole. After two pars, Kodaira two-putted at the par-5 fourth hole, giving him his second birdie of the day.

Three straight pars preceded Kodaira's third birdie on the front nine on No. 8 and he made the turn with a par at No. 9. Kodaira coasted from there, making one more gain at No. 13 to go along with eight pars on the back nine, completing his bogey-free final round.

Five players ended in a tie for second, two shots back of Kodaira. Yuki Inamori (66), Hiroshi Iwata (67), Kazuhiro Yamashita (67), Ryosuke Kinoshita (70) and Ryutaro Nagano (73) all finished at 14-under-par 274 for the week.

Kazuhiko Hosokawa had a strong final day with a 64, and that vaulted him into a tie for seventh at 13-under 275. He was joined there by Katsumasa Miyamoto (67), Daisuke Kataoka (69) and Naomi Ohta (71).
