"I'm disappointed with our second-team play, but their reps are limited in practice, so we've got to be able to line up and do better (with the second team) than we did tonight," Williston-Elko coach Dwayne Garrick said. "I thought we were clicking on both sides of the ball in the first half, without a doubt.
"Gator threw the ball well last week, and he threw the ball well again tonight. We had some big strikes, so we're not throwing the ball as much. We can't throw the ball twenty times a game just because we score so quick."

Kendric Salley finished with 127 yards on nine carries and scored two touchdowns. Dexter Staley rushed eight times for 80 yards and caught five passes for 54 yards and two touchdowns.
