West Florence's Stephen Behr (217) won the individual title, carding a 2-under 70 in the final round for a six-stroke victory. He became the Knights' first medalist in the tournament's 33-year history.
"At the beginning of the round, I knew it was going to take about a 3-under-par effort to become medalist," Behr said. "I made a big birdie on my 16th hole and then just tried to hold par on the last two holes."
White Knoll's Joshua Rogers (225) tied for seventh place.
