There's still several area basketball teams waiting to finalize their postseason fate.
However, the majority of squads on the Grand Strand already know where they will playing come next week in the first round of the South Carolina state playoffs.
Here is an updated list of where they will competing. Information from region standings and coaches was used. In the case of Region VI-AAAA girls - which includes Conway and Carolina Forest - as well as a two-game play-in for the No. 4 seed out of boys Region VIII-AA, the teams were not listed.
In most cases, the team's opponent has been listed. Official brackets should be released on the SCHSL Web site as soon as Saturday.

Conway boys – No. 2 seed at home Wednesday vs. Region V-AAAA No. 3
North Myrtle Beach – No. 1 seed at home Tuesday vs. Region VI-AAA No. 4 Crestwood
Myrtle Beach – No. 2 seed at home Tuesday vs. Region VI-AAA No. 3 Marlboro County
Georgetown/St. James (play-in game 7 p.m. Friday at NMB) – No. 4 seed on road Tuesday vs. Region VI-AAA No. 1 Hartville
Andrews – No. 3 seed on road Wednesday vs. Region VIII No. 2 (Loser of Friday’s Marion-Dillon game)
Aynor/Loris/Waccamaw – No. 4 seed on road Wednesday vs. Region VII-AA No. 1 Lake Marion
Carvers Bay – No. 1 seed at home Tuesday vs. Region VIII-A No. 4 Latta
Green Sea-Floyds – No. 3 seed on road Tuesday vs. Region VII-A No. 2 C.E. Murray
ELIMINATED: Carolina Forest, Socastee
