Funeral services for former South Carolina safety Jamacia Jackson will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Sumter High gymnasium. The viewing is from 2 to 7 p.m. today at Job’s Mortuary in Sumter.
Jackson, 26, died early Monday morning in his Sumter hometown of an irregular heartbeat caused by an enlarged heart. Jackson, who played at USC from 2000-2004, was preparing for his second season with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League.
