For the second time this year, Bonnie Raitt has canceled a show in Columbia. Her Oct. 11 show at the Koger Center was called off Monday.
"Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Bonnie Raitt and her band sincerely apologize for having to cancel their Columbia show on October 11," read a statement released by AEG Live, the concert’s promoter.
In February, Raitt canceled her March 21 show at The Township citing a family health emergency.
Columbia, though, was the only tour date Raitt canceled Monday.
According to her Web site, www.bonnieraitt.com, tickets are still available for performances scheduled for Oct. 13 in Asheville, Oct. 14 in Knoxville, and Oct. 17 in Myrtle Beach.
Tickets bought for the Koger Center show will be refunded at the point of purchase.
