DB Jerrodd Williams (6-0 185) of Daniel attended a half session of Clemson's camp Thursday and feels the Tigers will offer him Saturday when he's back on campus for a seven on seven tournament.
"They said an offer probably will come Saturday," Williams said. "I was only there a half day today and didn't get a chance to run. Coach Koenning said there was a good chance of an offer coming on Saturday. I also talked to coach Spence and he said I had a good camp."
Williams committed to Virginia Tech last Saturday. Earlier in the week he said he was firm with that, but a Clemson offer might shake things up. "I don't know yet," Williams said. "I don't want to say yes or no." Williams also has an offer from USC and attended a Gamecock camp earlier this week. He's also getting interest from Georgia, North Carolina and Virginia. He is scheduled to camp at North Carolina June 20th.
