New York Guard Draws USC Offer

USC recruiter Michael Boynton continues to work his hometown of New York City for prospects and has pegged 6-6 Kevin Parrom of The Bronx for an offer. Parrom, who will attend South Kent Prep in Kent, CT this fall, also has offers from Providence, St. Johns, Xavier, Rutgers, Pittsburgh, Marquette and Rhode Island.

He plans to narrow his list sometime in August. "I'm interested in all the schools," Parrom said. "South Carolina, Rutgers, St. Johns and Xavier have been recruiting me the hardest." Parrom has visited Rutgers, St. Johns and Xavier and plans to make an unofficial visit to USC.

Parrom, who described himself as a player who can go inside and outside, averaged 15 points and 11 rebounds per game last season.
