Ten restaurants in Lexington and Richland counties boasted 99- or 100-percent scores on routine inspections from among the 101 records we've added to our database. The searchable database contains thousands of inspection reports on restaurants, delis and other food outlets in Lexington, Richland and Kershaw counties.
