TE Philip Lutzenkirchen (6-4 240) of Marietta, GA has been committed to Auburn since May, but that committment was shaken by the dismissal of offensive coordinator Tony Franklin a few weeks ago. He's still committed to the Tigers but he is looking at other possibilities, and USC is one of them.
"They want me to come in for a visit," Lutzenkirchen said. "I'm looking for a weekend to visit there. Auburn? Until they hire a new offensive coordinator and I can sit down with him and see what he's all about, I'm going to continue to look around."
Lutzenkirchen said he might make it in for USC's game this week against Arkansas. He's also looking at Florida, Florida State and Tennessee. Clemson was an early offer back in the spring but he said the Tigers' are not on his list.
Thru nine games, Lutzenkirchen has 52 catches for 750 yards and 5 touchdowns.
