USC coach Steve Spurrier and assistant Robert Gillespie made an in home visit Thursday with RB Lindsey Lamar (5-9 160) of Tampa. "It was exciting," Lamar said. "It was an honor to have Steve Spurrier in my house. They're going to put me at running back and throw me some screens and draws. Also, they want to use me on kick and punt returns. I like their program and their offense. I just want to go on my visit next weekend and check out the atmosphere and everything."
Lamar has visited Wake Forest and will visit Duke this weekend followed by his trip to USC. He said all the schools are equal.
