USC has another player ineligible for the Outback Bowl.
Reserve offensive lineman Kyle Nunn, a redshirt freshman from Sumter, failed to pass the six credit hours this semester required by the NCAA to be eligible for a bowl game, according to a team source.
Middle linebacker Dustin Lindsey’s eligibility also is in question, the source said. Lindsey, a fifth-year senior who flunked out of USC after the Independence Bowl three years ago, is awaiting word on an academic appeal.
