Tickets remain for first baseball series

Fans hoping to catch a glimpse of the Gamecocks in their new baseball stadium for opening weekend are in luck.

Tickets still remain for the team's three-game series with Duquesne that kicks off at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21. The Sunday game begins at 2 p.m., with Monday a noon start.

The series will be the first games to be played at Carolina Stadium, the Gamecocks' new baseball facility.

Outfield bleacher seats and general admission tickets are $6 each. Reserved seats for the opening game are sold out, with some reserved seats available for the Sunday and Monday games priced at $8.
