USC remains interested in 6-8 forward Quincy Hankins of Polk JC, FL according to his assistant coach Phil Cohen.
"Every game there are college coaches in the stands," Cohen said.
In his last game Wednesday night, Hankins scored 18 points and had 12 rebounds.
"South Carolina is still hanging in there. They are doing a great job recruiting him. The quesion is about the transfer of his credits as its pertains to the SEC. He's definitely a kid that can go in and play with them at that level. His future will be as a defensive rebounder and a defensive player who can step out and shoot and run the floor as well as any big man in the country."
