OL Kalon Davis (6-5 320) of Chester attended Tennessee's junior day this past Saturday. That was his second junior day trip. Last month he was on hand for USC's.
"USC was pretty straight forward," Davis said. "They told us what we had to do to play. They said they are graduating some offensive linemen and were recruiting people. They want me to come to camp this summer to see about an offer. Tennessee was less formal. They were talking about what they are going to do with a new coaching staff and how they are trying to get people to buy into the system."
Davis said he will go to Clemson this Saturday for the Tigers second junior day. He said he's getting good interest from both USC and Clemson.
Davis has added recent offers from NC State, Mississippi State and Wake Forest to go along with an earlier one from Vanderbilt. He's also been hearing from Georgia Tech, Virginia, Alabama and Maryland.
