OL Kalon Davis (6-5 350) of Chester attended Clemson's junior day last Saturday and left Tigertown with an offer in hand. "The offer means a lot," Davis said. "It lets me know that people do consider me a good prospect and would like me to come play for them. They toured me around campus and showd me some of the things like the stadium, The Rock and The Hill. I got to know the coaches a little bit."
Davis also has offers from Vanderbilt, Wake Forest, Vanderbilt, NC State and Mississippi State. He's also getting interest from USC, Maryland, Alabama, Tennessee, Virginia and Georgia Tech.
Davis said he wants to go to spring practices and/or games at Clemson, Alabama, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Maryland and Wake Forest. And he said USC wants him to come in for an offensive lineman camp. Davis said he has a top five of Clemson, USC, Alabama, Tennessee and Wake Forest with no leader.
