DB John Fulton (6-0 180) of Manning will complete his official visit to Alabama Monday and return to South Carolina. Fulton's mother is with him on the visit.
"It's going real well, I'm having a lot of fun," Fulton said Sunday night. "I was here in the summer and everything is even better now. The stadium was rocking."
Fulton has developed a friendship with Crimson Tide start running back Mark Ingram and he spent a lot of time with him and other players. He also talked a great deal with recruiter Burton Burns and defensive coordinator Kirby Smart. "When I sat down with him (Smart) and we looked at the plays (coverages), I caught on real fast," Fulton said. "It's amazing all the coverages they do." Fulton said he had breakfast Sunday morning at the home of head coach Nick Saban. "He doesn't promise you nothing," he said. "He just gives you the opportunity. That's all I'm looking for."
As for which team he was pulling for Saturday night, Fulton replied, "No comment." He said he will take his scheduled official visits to Florida November 6th, USC on the 13th and Michigan November 27th. He also plans to reschedule the LSU visit he did not take as previously scheduled.
As for where things stand with him now, Fulton said he and his mother would discuss things when he gets back home and sort things out, but he added he has no plans to make a commitment while in Tuscaloosa. He was favoring USC going into this weekend.
