LB Justin Parker (6-3 230) of Beaufort made an unofficial visit to Clemson Saturday for the Virginia game. He made the trip with his coach, former Clemson tight end Mark Clifford, and two junior teammates, quarterback Bo Brown and defensive lineman Detrell Grant.
Parker arrived a little before kickoff and got the chance to talk with some of the coaches before the game, and with head coach Dabo Swinney after the game. He was in the lockerroom for the post game presentation of the Tigers winning the ACC Atlantic Division.
"I think it went good," Clifford said. "It was a good little visit for them and me. He's deciding between Clemson and South Carolina. He's bouncing a lot of ideas around in his head and weighing some things."
Parker has taken his official visit to USC and will be back in Columbia Saturday for the Clemson game. He is scheduled for his official visit to Clemson January 15th.
