USC linebacker Eric Norwood became the first player in school history to earn first-team all-league honors three consecutive seasons.
Norwood on Tuesday was named to the first team of the coaches' All-SEC squad.
The Acworth, Ga., native is tied for third in the SEC with seven sacks and tied for eighth with 11.5 tackles for loss.
He also leads the team with two interceptions and 11 quarterback hurries, and has recovered and forced a fumble and blocked three kicks.
Defensive end Cliff Matthews was named to the second team.
The junior made 44 tackles and was second on the team with 10 tackles for loss. He tied for the team lead and ranked third in the SEC with seven sacks.
