OL Morgan Moses (6-7 320) of Fork Union Prep, VA said Wednesday he recently was contacted by USC for the first time since offensive line coach Eric Wolford left for Youngstown State. "I heard from their running back coach (Jay Graham)," said Moses. "If I don't qualify in January, I will consider them."
Moses is trying to enroll in January and is not ready to consider the Gamecocks because he wants to wait to see who they hire as the new offensive line coach. "Right now, it is either Florida or Virginia," he said. If he does not qualify in time to enroll in January, he will enroll next August allowing USC back into the mix. He says if would be between USC, Florida and Virginia. "I feel pretty good about my chances of qualifying," said Moses. He was unsure of when he will find out whether or not he qualifies.
Moses did not indicate a favorite between Florida and Virginia.
