WHAT TO WATCH FOR:

Two weeks ago, South Carolina was looking good for an NCAA tournament bid. But three consecutive losses have erased those thoughts. The Gamecocks can still play for seeding in the SEC tournament. Seven teams are within two games of each other in the standings for third place, with the Bulldogs sitting a game ahead of USC. South Carolina's last win was at Georgia, a convincing 10-point victory. Leading scorer Valerie Nainima scored a season-low four points in the 21-point setback to Kentucky in the last game. After an 18-1 start, the Bulldogs have lost six of eight. Lauren Falohun will be the lone player being honored on Senior Night.

BOTTOM LINE:

Dawn Staley feels like the Gamecocks have plenty of basketball left to play. If they can right the ship offensively, things would get easier. In the three losses, USC has averaged 57 points. If they can get big games from Nainima and Kelsey Bone, the Gamecocks have a chance for their third win over a ranked team this year.
