RB Dominique Cooper (6-1 200) of Darlington currently has two offers, one from USC and the other from SC State, and continues to hear from other schools. "I think I will get more offers," said Cooper. "A lot of schools wanted me to visit. Hopefully I can this summer."
His last visit was to Columbia for the USC spring game and he enjoyed his visit. "They were bringing it on both sides of the ball," he said. "I liked seeing that." He is also hearing from Clemson, Alabama, North Carolina, Duke, Georgia Tech, and Illinois among others.
Last summer he camped at Clemson and will return the favor to USC this year. "I was at Clemson last year so I'm going to see if I can go to South Carolina this year," he said. "Hopefully, I can do both."
Cooper says he does not have any favorites at this time. "I see all schools the same," said Cooper. "A lot of people commit early and change their minds. I don't want to be like that. When I commit, that's it."
He says he will take his time to make up his mind and does like USC. "They are showing a lot of interest in me," he said. "I like that."
