Kip Bouknight collected 45 victories from 1998-2001, including a remarkable 17-1 season in 2000, when he won the Golden Spikes Award given to the nation’s most outstanding player.
Lisa Misipeka won an NCAA indoor title in the 20-pound weight throw, and an outdoor crown in the hammer throw in 1998.
Clint Mathis scored 53 goals for Carolina from 1994-97. He was member of the U.S. World Cup team in 2002, as well.
