Project Runway winner to present his spring 2009 collection at Coplon's Tuesday

6 THINGS ABOUT CHRISTIAN SIRIANO

Twenty-three year old fashion design wunderkind and "Project Runway" Season 4 winner, will appear in Columbia Tuesday.



-Performed with The Ballet Theater of Maryland.



-Studied fashion design at the Baltimore School for the Arts and American Intercontinental University in London.



-Interned with top designers Vivienne Westwood and Alexander McQueen.



-Designed a dress for Heidi Klum, supermodel and "Project Runway" host, for the "2008 Emmy Awards" show.



-Designing a full couture collection to appear in the new movie "Eloise in Paris," starring Uma Thurman.



-Served cupcakes at his November birthday party in New York City.



Siriano presents his spring 2009 collection (first presented at New York Fashion Week in September) at Coplon's at 7 Tuesday night. Tickets are $65.



A $100 per ticket luncheon with the designer is sold out. Proceeds benefit the USC Dance program.
