Clarissa R. Rowell, 21, of Myrtle Beach was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and battery after an incident in the 1300 block of Dennison Avenue on Oct. 13, police said.
A 39-year-old man said he was dropping his girlfriend off when Rowell, the woman’s daughter, came out of the house and yelled at him, according to the report. The man said Rowell threw eggs at him and he yelled at her to stop because his children were inside the vehicle.
The man said one of the eggs went through an open window in the vehicle and hit his 3-year-old son in the head, according to the report. The man got in the vehicle and went to the police department to report the incident. The mother of the children also came to the police department.
