Two Wagener men suspected in a break-in of an Aiken County police department have turned themselves in Thursday night, according to the Aiken County Sheriff's Office.
Warrants were issued for Michael A. Hutto, 19, of Knob Hill Circle, and Daniel E. Conder, 29, of Shealy Drive. Both men are wanted on charges of second-degree burglary and grand larceny.
Officers believe the men are responsible for the Nov. 13 robbery at the Perry Police Department in Aiken County.
Reports indicate an assault rifle and a set of digital scales were taken from a storage room after the front door of the department had been forced open.
