Search continues in Garners Ferry store robbery

Columbia police need help identifying two people they say stole cigarettes and lottery tickets after breaking into a Garners Ferry Road convenience store in December.

Reports indicate the robbers took 48 winning lottery tickets to several locations throughout the Columbia to claim the prize money.

One of the robbers is described as a black male, thin build, average height and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a dark jacket with a stripe down the center of the back of the jacket, white t-shirt and a dark colored doo rag over his head.

The other is described as a black male, heavy set and tall. He was last seen wearing a yellow-colored jacket with a hood and a dark colored t-shirt underneath with a design on the front. He was also wearing a dark-colored ball cap with an A on the front.
