Six hours of freedom for prison escapee

Shortly after midnight this morning, a heavily-tattooed convicted burglar and South Carolina prison inmate broke out of a pre-release facility.

Six hours later, fast-acting authorities captured Dustin Fleming at his mother's house in Lexington County, prison officials said.

Fleming has been transferred to a higher-security facility, prison spokesman Josh Gelinas said.
