U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham is among the 13 political figures appearing most frequently on Sunday political talk shows, according to a blog post by MSNBC's Rachel Maddow Show.
With 16 appearances, Graham tied for fourth place with U.S. Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y. The two lawmakers trailed Rep. Mike Rogers, R-Mich. and House Intelligence Committee chairman, at first with 27 appearances. Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., came in second with 24 appearances, and former House Speaker and GOP presidential hopeful Newt Gingrich and Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin, R-Ill., tied at third with 19 appearances.
The report counted appearances by political figures on “Meet the Press” (NBC), “Fox News Sunday,” “Face the Nation” (CBS), “This Week” (ABC), and “State of the Union" (CNN), and found that thirteen made 10 or more appearances, including three democrats and 10 Republicans.
