At College Park, Md., Danielle Hepburn became school career blocks leader as Clemson defeated Maryland 3-0 (25-18, 25-17, 25-9) in College Park.
The conference victory was the seventh in a row for Clemson (15-5, 7-2 ACC), which is in a three-way tie for first.
Hepburn’s 612 career blocks surpass Cindy Stern’s total of 611 from 1996-99. Hepburn also holds school career records for block assists, hitting percentage and blocks per set.
