South Carolina's Melvin Ingram has been honored by the SEC for the third time this season.
Ingram on Monday was named Defensive Player of the Week for the second week in a row.
The senior defensive end had 11 total tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss (-21 yards) and a career-best three sacks (-20 yards) in Saturday's loss to Auburn.
He also recorded an interception and two quarterback hurries against the Tigers.
Ingram is now the SEC's leader in sacks (5.5) and tackles for loss (7.5) this season.
Ingram received the same honor last week after USC beat Vanderbilt. After Week 2, Ingram was named the Special Teams Player of the Week for his efforts against Georgia.
