Another former South Carolina men’s basketball player is getting a chance at an NBA career.
Laimonas Chatkevicius will be on the Dallas Mavericks’ summer-league roster, the team announced on Wednesday.
Chatkevicius joins USC teammate Michael Carerra (Miami Heat) in getting a summer-league opportunity.
Chatkevicius averaged career-highs during his senior campaign in 2015-16, including 10.2 points per game. He played in 123 career games with 65 starts, including a career-high 28 starts during his senior season.
