RB David Williams of Philadelphia has plans to take official visits to USC, Tennessee, Nebraska, Wisconsin and Ohio State with the two SEC schools separating themselves from the other three. He has the Gamecocks with a slight lead over their Eastern Division counterparts.
"It's hard to say who I like more but I would have to say it's South Carolina," Williams said. "I talked to coach (G.A.) Mangus yesterday and he told me they're just waiting on me to commit and be a big piece to this class. They're bringing in a lot of big linemen and have a real good recruiting class this year."
Williams has also developed a good relationship with former Gamecock running back coach Jay Graham who is now at Tennessee.
"I had a real good time while I was down there (Tennessee) this summer," said Williams. "It's a great opportunity for me there because of their running backs situation. I love the atmosphere there too."

He wants to visit USC during the season to see a game day up close. In all likelihood, Williams will take all five visits prior to announcing a commitment.
