North Carolina OL is talking with USC

At one one point earlier this season OL Sean Pollard of Southern Pines, NC was close to making a commitment. That day is long forgotten now.

"I don't need to focus on this right now," Pollard said about recruiting. "It's all about my high school right now. I have my favorites but I'm not saying. That's between me and my dad."

Pollard hasn't made his decision and plans to wait until this summer to do so. He has offers from Clemson, USC, Duke, East Carolina, North Carolina, NC State, Wake Forest, Miami and Penn State. He expects more offers to roll in during the off season.

Pollard was at Clemson for the North Carolina game and might return for the USC game. He's also been to Duke for a game and is going to NC State in November.

Pollard said he talks with Clemson line coach Robbie Caldwell about once a week and he's also talked with USC line coach Shawn Elliott. "We have good conversations when we talk," he said.
