Linebacker Cedrick Cooper of Lithonia, Ga., is in the final hours of making his decision between USC and Ole Miss.
Cooper has been committed to USC since his official visit but first Arkansas and now Ole Miss have given him something else to think about.
Indications continue to point toward USC, but Cooper's assistant coach and mentor Lloyd Morrison said Tuesday night he's struggling with a final decision.
"I think (it's USC) but I don't know," Morris said. "If I say yes, and he goes another way, then ... I just don't know right now. He has been in his room all evening. His mom is good with all the schools. He is just torn with what's right and what's right. He is right to be emotional in his decisions, but I have raised him to be objective and cautious, too. So, he is torn."
Cooper is scheduled to announce Wednesday at 2:00 PM.
