Offensive lineman D.J. Humphries (6-6 275) of Charlotte has more than 30 offers that include South Carolina, Clemson, Florida, Tennessee, Notre Dame, Texas, North Carolina, Auburn, Southern Cal, Ohio State and LSU.
He has not narrowed his list but did name South Carolina, Florida and Tennessee has his current favorites.
"I have a comfortability with those schools," said Humphries, from Mallard Creek High. "I like the coaches and just feel comfortable with those schools."
Humphries has developed a good relationship with USC running back Marcus Lattimore.
"He's a real good guy," he said. "I've built a good relationship with him and their coaches."
Rivals.com ranked Humphries the third-best prospect in the nation in the class of 2012.
Coaches from USC, UNC, Florida, Tennessee, Auburn, Alabama, Miami, Southern Cal, California and Maryland among others have stopped by the school this spring to see Humphries. He is planning trips to Clemson, USC, Florida, Miami, Alabama, Auburn and Tennessee this summer.
Humphries did not name a favorite.
