RB Keith Marshall of Raleigh remains one of the most heavily recruited players in the country. But outside of cutting his long list of offers to a dozen, Marshall hasn’t done much with his recruiting lately because of track.
“He’s not further narrowed his list nor taken any visits this summer because he’s been running track,” said Millbrook High coach Clarence Inscore. “He’s qualified for the nationals in the hundred.”
Clemson and USC are among his final 12 schools and Inscore said both remain on Marshall’s trail. He said Marshall will announce his five official visits in August and take them during the season.
“He has decided on some of those official visits but he’s not said publicly,” Inscore said. “He’s just taking it all in stride.”
The rest of Marshall’s 12 are Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Michigan, Notre Dame, North Carolina, Stanford and Southern Cal.
