USC was the first to offer RB TJ Logan of Greensboro, NC, and for a long time the Gamecocks were out front. But Tuesday Logan decided to remain in his home state and he committed to North Carolina.
Logan is perhaps North Carolina's top running back prospect. Last season he rushed for 2460 yards and 43 touchdowns. He also caught 38 passes for 378 yards and 3 scores.
