Junior RB Bryce Love of Wake Forest, NC received an offer from Ohio State last month and took his first visit to Columbus this past weekend. The son of a former USC track athlete enjoyed his trip up North.
"I like the way coach (Urban) Meyer runs the program and the way he acts towards the players and the students," Love said. "It was a good experience. I would like to get back up there."
Love has 16 offers to include USC, Clemson, Tennessee, North Carolina, Stanford, NC State, Duke, Arkansas, East Carolina and Virginia Tech. He has been to games at Clemson, Georgia, East Carolina, North Carolina, NC State and Ohio State this season with plans to attend the Clemson-USC game in November. His father, Chris Love, said that they will try to make it to Tennessee as well.
Love does not have any favorites but acknowledged interest in USC and Clemson. "My mom and dad went to USC but I also know people that went to Clemson...so I like them both," he said.
Love is approaching 1,500 yards on the season and has three kick returns for scores.
