Blythewood fell to 0-2 at the Chick-fil-A Classic on Tuesday, falling 62-34 to Penn Wood High from Pennsylvania.
The Bengals, as has been the case most of the season, had major offensive trouble, finishing with a dreadful .273 field goal percentage in the game. Blythewood hit just four of 24 shots from the field in the first half and faced a 32-9 deficit at the break. The Bengals were 1-for-11 from 3-point range.
Avery Johnson was the only Blythewood player to hit double figures in scoring with 12 points. Aaron Brown scored a game high 20 points for Penn Wood.
Blythewood closes out the tournament on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. against The Rock (FL).
