Keenan rallies to win, earns Chick-fil-A title shot

Keenan rallied to defeat Norcross (GA) 56-49 and advance to the Chick-fil-A Classic Division I championship game.

The Raiders, who trailed by as many as eight points will a little more than five minutes remaining, outscored the Blue Devils 16-2 over the final 3:56 of the game. A 3-pointer by Quintin Stroman tied the score (47-47) with 2:11 to go and a three-point play by Eric Washington put Keenan in front for good (50-47) with 1:08 left.

Keenan sealed the deal by going 6-for-6 at the free-throw line in the final 29 seconds.

Stroman led the way with 22 points, shooting 5-for-10 from 3-point range. Quinton Johnson scored 12 points and led the team in rebounding with seven.

The Raiders (7-1) will square off against United Faith Christian Academy in the Classic I title game on Wednesday at 8 p.m.
